Need CRNAs to help fill an opening with an established anesthesia medical group in Fort Smith, Arkansas at a premium rate. Ideal candidates will also have no malpractice or disciplinary history, and ongoing availability. This need is ongoing, and we can guarantee at least six months of work, potentially more.
We are currently targeting a start date of 12/9 for those with an active AR license. Candidates who already have an active AR license will be able to credential in less than thirty days. A January start is realistic for individuals who would need to apply for licensure.
• Normal Day Rate: $250/hr.
• Pager call: $650 to hold the pager on week days, $1000 on weekends. $300/hr. callback rate
• 8s, 10s and 12s are available during the week. 8s and 10s are available on Saturdays and Sundays
• First call – usually will stay until 10 or 11 before being sent home and rarely called back.
• Second call – Very rarely called in
• Case mix: Ortho, ent, no sick peds, GI, light trauma, basic bread and butter
• CRNAs will practice independently with some MD supervision
