Types of cases:
Ortho, peds (not complicated), ENT, rate trauma/transport. Occasional pacemaker. No cardiac, no neuro, no vascular. Well established ortho practice in town, so plenty of regional anesthesia. Epidurals for deliveries.

Reimbursement:
• $215.00/hour with an 8 hour daily minimum Monday-Friday open to some 10’s too.
• There may be days that you are asked to stay late to finish cases. If you work over 8 hours in any day, you will receive $240.00/hr. OT is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
• Week night call: Call may be asked of the locum provider for 1st call until 0700 the next morning. To carry the beeper M-F for first call it is $400. Any call backs will be at $240.00/hr with 2 hour mins for each call back.

Looking for providers who will take call!

• Weekend call: $1800.00/24 hours. This includes 2 hours of actual call backs. Any call backs after the first 2 hours worked will be reimbursed at $240.00/hour with a 2 hour min for each call back.
• You will receive $35.00/day for a daily meal per diem when on assignment
• Lodging provided
• Mileage round trip from home base to Gillette for each block of time you cover.
• Daily travel from the hotel to the hospital is not reimbursable.
• When you are on assignment with Recruiting Resources, our agency will provide malpractice insurance, with ProAssurance as our carrier. Limits will meet State and facility requirements.

This position will have shifts starting at 7:00 AM and ending when cases are finished. The case mix includes general and colorectal, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE, and GI, with no heads/neuro, traumas, or open hearts.

Pediatric cases are over 1 year old and mostly ENT patients (T&A and M&T). The supervision ratio is 1/2.5, and charting is done with paper and pen. Credentialing takes 30-60 days with a CT license in hand or 60-120 days without a CT license.
