Charlotte NC Part-Time Autonomous CRNA Role with Flexible GI Schedule

Job Overview

A leading multi-specialty facility in the Charlotte metro area is seeking experienced CRNAs for a part-time, autonomous locum opportunity focused primarily on GI and outpatient cases. This role is ideal for providers who value independence, predictable hours, and a strong work-life balance in a high-demand market.

Position Highlights

• Per diem rate: $1,600 per day
• 8-hour daily guarantee
• Schedule: 3–4 days per week
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM to 1:00–3:00 PM
• Many days end early
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Autonomous CRNA practice in a multi-specialty environment

Clinical Responsibilities

• Independently manage anesthesia for GI and multi-specialty outpatient cases (such as ENT, eyes, GYN, orthopedics, general surgery; final mix reviewed at interview).
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthetic plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Oversee patient recovery and care in PACU.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Active or eligible North Carolina RN/CRNA license.
• Documented experience practicing independently; strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
