Job Description

Recruiting Resources is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens position at a Level I trauma center in Illinois. This position offers competitive compensation, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to work with a complex and diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including trauma, bread and butter, and orthopedics
• Optional but preferred experience with OB and cardiac cases
• Work with a critically ill patient population in a Level I trauma center
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the perioperative period
• Utilize EPIC charting system for patient documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• $250/hour
• Flexible scheduling with 5 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts
• Opportunity for additional income with trauma and specialty cases

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• Active Illinois RN and APRN licensure (must already have in place)
• Experience with trauma and complex cases preferred
• Comfortable working with critically ill patients

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• 5 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts (no 12-hour shifts)
• Level I trauma center
• EPIC charting system

Credentialing

• Emergency privileges available in 3 weeks
• Full credentialing within 3–4 weeks
