CRNA for flexible locum tenens opportunity in Massachusetts

Job Description

Dynamic Staffing is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity in Massachusetts. This position starts on June 1, 2025, and offers flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. The CRNA will work under a supervision model in a collaborative operating room environment with a mix of general and specialty cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgical cases (adult and pediatric)
• Perform IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and epidural anesthesia
• Provide regional anesthesia for various procedures
• Administer anesthesia for obstetrical and neurosurgical cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and perioperative staff

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Massachusetts RN and APRN licensure
• Experience with general surgical and regional anesthesia cases
• Proficient in spinal, epidural, and IV regional anesthesia

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Collaborative OR environment with 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites
• Trauma Level III facility
• 3–5 cases per day in the main OR and 12–15 cases per day in the endoscopy unit
