Job Description

Join a private practice anesthesia group in the stunning destination of Mammoth Lakes, CA. We’re hiring a part-time or locum tenens CRNA with a start date of October 1st, 2025 (or earlier). Work near the slopes of Mammoth Mountain with a healthy, active patient population and highly desirable call structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a range of cases including ortho (frequent ski trauma), general surgery, ENT, endo, urology, and gynecology
• Perform regional anesthesia with proficiency
• Work independently in a collaborative MD/CRNA model

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,700 – $3,100 (based on productivity)
• Call pay: $1,000/day (typically low-disruption)
• Average $300/hour productivity-based income
• Earning potential: $360,000–$450,000 for full-time (3 weeks/month)
• Housing provided

Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
• Proficient in regional anesthesia
• No supervision – must practice independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time, Locum Tenens, or permanent 2/3 position
• Start date: October 1st, 2025 (flexible)
• 1–2 ORs running daily, Monday–Friday
• Flexible scheduling and time off
• No OB, minimal peds
• Modern anesthesia equipment and congenial staff
