Locum CRNA — Sacramento $2,700–$3,200/Day w Flexible Shifts

Job Description

An established medical center near Sacramento is seeking CRNAs for locum coverage. This opportunity offers flexible shifts, a supportive care team model, and a diverse case mix with no call required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care under a collaborative care team model.
• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia for a wide range of surgical cases.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $2,700 – $3,200 (1099 contractor).
• 40-hour weekly guarantee.
• Credentialing within 60–90 days (expedited available).

Job Requirements

• Active California license and NBCRNA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of CRNA experience.
• Ability to manage a variety of surgical cases independently within a care team model.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Multiple shift options: 6:30a–4:30p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, 8a–6p, 9a–7p, 9a–9p, 11a–9p, 11a–11p, 1p–11p.
• Two weeks per month at month-end required.
• No call, no OB, and no trauma cases.
• Case mix: General, Ortho, Spine, Neuro, GYN, Urology, occasional healthy pediatrics.
