Job Description

Anesthesia Solutions is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens position in Syracuse, New York. This position offers excellent pay, a completion bonus, and flexible scheduling at a large hospital and surgery center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general, gynecology, bariatric, spine, OB, orthopedic (with blocks), neuro/heads, and pediatric cases
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks as needed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the perioperative period
• Work under a supervision model
• Maintain accurate documentation using paper charts and computer-based pre/post-op orders

• Completion bonus after 13 weeks and 520 hours
• Travel expenses covered (flights, lodging, car rental, or mileage)

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• Active New York RN and APRN licensure
• Experience with OB, orthopedic blocks, and neuro cases preferred
• Comfortable working in a supervised model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum tenens position
• 8-hour shifts (full-time only)
• Call, nights, and weekends are optional
• 500-bed hospital and surgery center with 17 main ORs, 4 surgery center rooms, 4 physician office rooms, and 3 labor and delivery rooms

• 30-day emergency privileges available
