Job Description
Seeking experienced CRNAs for a high-volume ophthalmic surgery center in Westbury, New York. This locum opportunity features an excellent daily rate, no call responsibilities, and a focus on oculoplastics, retina, and cataract procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for ophthalmic procedures including oculoplastics, retina, and cataracts
- Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple ORs running daily
- Provide safe, high-quality care without the requirement for call
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily rate: $1,780 for an 8-hour shift
- 1099 independent contractor status
- No call responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) required
- Experience with ophthalmic cases preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a multi-OR environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday availability preferred
- No weekends, nights, or call
- Efficient surgical center specializing in ophthalmic procedures
