Job Description
Partners in Anesthesia, a CRNA-owned national staffing firm, is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for multiple locum assignments across the Detroit Metro and Southeast Michigan region. These positions offer top-tier hourly rates, flexible scheduling, and a supportive care team model designed for autonomy and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care under the care team model across multiple clinical settings.
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, manage anesthesia delivery, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with attending anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $200–$225/hour (varies by client, hospital, group, or shift)
- Schedule: Minimum 2–3 days per week; multiple shift options available
- Contract Length: 4–12 months, with extensions possible
- Call, Nights, Weekends: Optional based on site preference
- Travel & Lodging: Covered at select locations
- Malpractice Insurance: Provided
Job Requirements
- Active Michigan CRNA license (or eligibility)
- NBCRNA certification
- Prior locum or multi-facility experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
