Job Description
All Medical Personnel is seeking experienced and adaptable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens assignments throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) region of Texas. This opportunity is well-suited for CRNAs who enjoy variety in clinical settings and are looking for strong agency support, consistent pay, and covered travel and lodging.
In this role, CRNAs will provide comprehensive anesthesia care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. Assignments may vary by facility and case type, offering flexibility in shifts and scheduling. Providers will be responsible for managing anesthesia care across the perioperative continuum while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations, including review of medical history, labs, and physical assessments
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia as appropriate
- Continuously monitor patients’ physiological status during procedures
- Identify and manage anesthesia-related complications
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active CRNA certification through the NBCRNA
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Unrestricted license eligible for practice in Texas
