Flexible Locum CRNA Opportunity in Southwest Missouri
Job Description
This locum tenens CRNA assignment in southwest Missouri offers an excellent balance of flexibility and clinical variety. The position is ideal for CRNAs seeking part-time, ongoing locum work with predictable daytime hours and no call responsibilities. New graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a medically supervised care team model (1:2)
- Manage bread-and-butter anesthesia cases including GI and orthopedic procedures
- Participate in higher-acuity cases at a Level II trauma facility as needed
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and intraoperative anesthetic management
- Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists and perioperative staff
Compensation & Benefits
- All-inclusive locum tenens compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Ongoing assignment
Schedule & Work Environment
- 1–2 weeks per month, ongoing
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No call, no weekends, no overtime
- Credentialing timeline: approximately 60 days
Job Requirements
- Active Missouri CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification required (exam process acceptable)
- Current ACLS certification
- New graduates encouraged to apply
