Schedule & Assignment Structure
- Start date: As soon as credentialed
- Assignment length: 3 to 12 months
- Schedule options: 3–5 days per week

- No call, nights, or weekends required at most sites
Compensation & Coverage
- Hourly rates up to $225 per hour, depending on location, client, and experience
- Daily compensation range: $1,400 to $3,000 per day
- Travel and lodging reimbursed for most assignments
- Medical malpractice insurance provided
- 1099 independent contractor positions
Candidate Qualifications
- Current NBCRNA certification required
- Active or obtainable Florida CRNA licensure
- Comfort working in diverse clinical environments
