A hospital-based anesthesia practice in Lawrence, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support an ongoing clinical need within a well-established surgical services program. This is a definite opportunity with an immediate start available following credentialing, offering consistent weekday coverage, a diverse case mix, and no in-house or pager call requirements.

This position is structured as a 1099 role and is ideal for CRNAs who want the stability of a full-time schedule without the added burden of nights, weekends, or call. Providers will work either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with overtime opportunities available when case volume requires extended coverage. The anesthesia department operates 10 anesthesia rooms and supports a broad range of surgical specialties, creating a clinically rich and professionally engaging environment.

The case mix includes general surgery, orthopedic procedures, neurosurgical cases, pediatric anesthesia, and cardiac cases. This breadth of exposure makes the role well-suited for CRNAs who enjoy maintaining a wide skill set in a hospital setting. Anesthesiologists supervise CRNAs in a care team model with an approximate 3:1 CRNA-to-MD ratio, and anesthesiologists also perform their own cases, fostering a collaborative and balanced workflow.
