Gainesville & Lake City – Locum CRNA Opportunity / Up to $225/hour
Job Description
Partners in Anesthesia, a CRNA-owned national anesthesia staffing firm, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for multiple full-time locum assignments across the Ocala, Gainesville, and Lake City metro areas. These positions offer highly competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, and malpractice coverage while allowing you to maintain autonomy in a supportive care team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in hospital-based practice settings within a care team model.
- Perform preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Deliver safe anesthesia care during procedures and monitor post-anesthesia recovery.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: Up to $225/hour (based on client, location, and shift)
- Schedule: Full-time locum; multiple shift options available
- Call/Nights/Weekends: Not required but optional if preferred
- Travel & Lodging: Provided at most locations
- Malpractice: Fully covered
- Contract Duration: Ongoing with flexible start dates (as soon as credentialed)
Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license (or eligibility)
- NBCRNA certification
- 2+ years of experience preferred in hospital or locum settings
- Strong interpersonal and clinical judgment skills
