Job Description
Vigilant Anesthesia, a specialized CRNA recruitment agency, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This full-time role offers an exceptional compensation package and flexible scheduling, primarily focused on GI and IR cases, with occasional OR coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for GI and interventional radiology procedures.
- Support routine operating room cases such as colorectal and gynecologic oncology as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and adherence to clinical best practices in all cases.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $525,000+/hr (as listed in posting).
- W-2 employment model.
- Flexible weekly hours, with options for 36–40 hours per week.
- Recruitment agency support throughout the assignment.
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification as a CRNA.
- Current Texas CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Ability to handle GI/IR cases and general OR procedures.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time locum position in Dallas, TX.
- Preferred schedule: Tuesday through Friday, days.
- 40 hours per week preferred, with consideration for 36 hours.
- Collaborative hospital environment with diverse caseload exposure.
- Start: Immediate placement available.
