Job Description
Recruiting Resources is offering a premium-paying locum tenens CRNA opportunity in Nebraska. This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs, featuring flexible weekday shifts, no call, and an all-inclusive rate designed to cover travel and lodging expenses. Work in a large OR setting under a care team model with a wide variety of cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for general, outpatient, B&B, OB trauma, neuro, ortho, and minimal pediatric cases
- Perform epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks
- Work within a care team model (supervised)
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 contractor position
- $225/hr for new grads; $235/hr for experienced CRNAs – all inclusive
- 10- or 12-hour shift guarantee (Wednesdays start 1 hour later)
- Overtime: $235/hr (SRNAs), $245/hr (experienced CRNAs)
- Malpractice insurance provided by agency
- No travel or lodging reimbursement (rate adjusted to cover these costs)
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification – required
- Active Nebraska CRNA license – required
- BLS and ACLS – required
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday through Friday schedule – no call
- 10- and 12-hour shifts available (preference for 10s)
- 20 OR suites with approx. 50 procedures/day and 100 deliveries/month
- EMR: Epic
