This is a definite, immediate-need position offering a competitive hourly rate of $250 per hour, with all travel and lodging expenses covered by the recruiting agency. The assignment is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role and supports multiple providers, with up to three CRNAs needed to support consistent clinical coverage.
The facility is a 250-bed regional medical center utilizing Cerner as its electronic medical record system. CRNAs in this role can expect an average volume of approximately four patients per shift, allowing for a sustainable pace while maintaining high standards of patient care. The case mix consists of standard bread-and-butter anesthesia cases, making this a strong fit for experienced CRNAs comfortable practicing independently and performing regional anesthesia techniques, including nerve blocks.
In addition to scheduled clinical hours, this position includes beeper call responsibilities on a 1:10 rotation. Callback rates average around 30%, with a required 30-minute response time. Weekend coverage and call participation are required, providing additional earning potential while maintaining transparency around expectations. Credentialing typically takes approximately 60 days, and temporary privileges are available to help expedite onboarding.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
