This Iowa-based locum assignment offers CRNAs a steady Monday–Friday schedule with 10-hour shifts and the option to take call if desired. Providers will support a diverse surgical caseload in a hospital environment while benefiting from flexible scheduling and dependable weekday hours. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties.
• Complete pre-operative evaluations and create individualized anesthesia plans.
• Manage anesthesia administration and monitoring throughout each procedure.
• Oversee smooth transitions into post-anesthesia recovery with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members.

Compensation & Schedule

• Daily Rate: $2,500 per day
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shifts: 5×10-hour days
• Call: Optional
• Start Date: 2026, ongoing

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA license (Iowa or eligible)
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to manage a broad caseload including General, Urology, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Plastics, and OB
• Comfortable with a 5×10 schedule and optional call participation
