Job Description

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens assignment in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Work in a collaborative MD/CRNA care team model with flexible 10- or 12-hour day shifts, no call, and a broad surgical case mix (no hearts). Travel and lodging are provided, with competitive top-tier rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective anesthesia care across a full scope of cases (excluding cardiac).
• Perform required procedures including endotracheal intubation, LMA placement, and IV insertion.
• Collaborate within an MD/CRNA care team to support high daily case starts and efficient OR flow.
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR and follow perioperative best practices.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA; board certified.
• Active Wisconsin license (will review candidates with compact RN license working toward WI).
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Comfort with a high-volume environment and collaborative care team model.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday day shifts (examples: 9a–7p, 7a–7p, 9a–9p); 10s or 12s available.
• No call required.
• Approximately 15–17 starts per day across services.
• Epic EMR.
• Start: September 2025 onward (credentialing ~30–60 days).
