Locum CRNA – West Wisconsin | $2,500–$2,700/day | Trauma Level II Hospital

Job Description

Orchard Recruiting is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a high-paying locum tenens assignment in West Wisconsin. This long-term opportunity at a Trauma Level II hospital (Pediatric Level III) involves a diverse case mix, inpatient and outpatient coverage, and variable scheduling with in-house and beeper call. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for MAC, general, emergent, urgent, and elective procedures.
• Perform intubation, IV placement, and perioperative anesthesia management.
• Work across 16+ OR and outpatient surgery center rooms under a supervision model.
• Ensure accurate documentation and safe anesthesia care using Cerner EMR.
• Operate Dräger anesthesia machines and utilize Omnicell medication dispensing systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,500 – $2,700 per day (1099 independent contractor).
• Long-term locum role through December 31, 2026.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA (board-certified or board-eligible).
• Eligible for Wisconsin CRNA licensure (licensing assistance available).
• Comfort with trauma-level cases, pediatrics, and diverse surgical specialties.
• Ability to work under a supervision model in both hospital and ASC environments.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule: Sunday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Variable schedule including in-house call and beeper call.
• Trauma Level II hospital, Pediatric Level III designation.
• Hospital OR + Outpatient Surgery Center (16+ rooms).
• Immediate start; credentialing timeframe ~60 days.
