PNW Eye ASC is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia coverage for a high-quality ophthalmic ambulatory surgery center in Tacoma, Washington. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for ophthalmic procedures, including MAC and light general anesthesia.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a smooth perioperative process.

Compensation & Benefits

• $200 per hour for locum coverage (November 10–15, 2025)
• $1,000 minimum daily guarantee
• Part-time opportunity: 10–20 hours per week, 2–4 days per week
• $175 per hour starting rate with potential year-end production bonus
• W-2 or 1099 employment options available

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and state licensure
• Experience with ophthalmic anesthesia preferred
• Ability to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a fast-paced ASC environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum assignment: November 10–15, 2025
• Part-time lifestyle position available (2–4 days/week, 5–8 hours/day)
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Collaborative and highly professional surgical environment
