Locum Tenens CRNA – Arbor Health (Washington)
Job Description
Arbor Health, a scenic critical access hospital located between Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens in Morton, Washington, is seeking a CRNA for a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off locum assignment. This is a low-volume, full-scope role in a supportive team environment with provided housing and no-cost accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 anesthesia coverage for a low-volume OR
- Cases include general surgery, endoscopy, and minimal podiatry
- Perform intubations and assist in ER trauma situations as needed
- Be available for call within a 30-minute response time
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,400 per day / $9,800 per 7-day week
- Housing provided at no cost (no pets allowed)
- All-inclusive pay (includes call/callback)
- W2 or 1099 employment option through Washington Healthcare Staffing Network
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) required
- Comfortable practicing independently in a rural hospital setting
- Ability to perform intubations and respond to emergency needs
Schedule & Work Environment
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- Monday–Thursday case days with 24/7 call coverage
- Low-volume, flexible pace
