Locum CRNA in Nebraska – $240/hr + Travel & Lodging | Autonomous Practice

Job Description

Recruiting Resources is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity in Nebraska. This fully autonomous role offers $240/hour, paid travel and lodging, and a variety of cases in a rural hospital setting. CRNAs must be comfortable taking call, managing OB epidurals and c-sections, and working independently in a full-scope practice. Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical cases
• Perform regional blocks using ultrasound guidance
• Manage OB anesthesia including epidurals and C-sections (no in-house stay required)
• Handle emergency intubations and sedation in MRI during call shifts
• Collaborate with general surgeons and visiting specialists

Compensation & Benefits

• $240/hour – submit rate required
• Travel and lodging covered
• Option for direct expenses or all-inclusive rate
• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current Nebraska license or eligibility
• Ability to practice independently in a rural setting
• Comfortable with regional techniques and full OB responsibilities

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Call: 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month (20-minute callback)
• Post-call day is a working day
• 2–10 cases per day with average cut time at 08:00
• Case mix: 50% outpatient, 40% ortho, 9% OB, 1% healthy peds
