Royal Surgical Associates is seeking a board-certified CRNA for a locum tenens assignment in Novi, Michigan, with flexibility to float to a second location in Southfield as needed. This full-time locums role is well-suited for CRNAs who value schedule flexibility, a predictable caseload, and the opportunity to work within a structured care team model.
The position offers a variety of shift options, including standard 8- and 10-hour shifts, with availability for extended 12-, 16-, or even 24-hour shifts depending on coverage needs. Later shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and weekend shifts are also available. A 40-hour weekly guarantee may be offered for clinicians seeking consistent workload stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
- Manage arterial line placement independently
- Work within a supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio)
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists who perform their own regional blocks
Schedule & Case Mix
- 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts available
- Later day and weekend shifts optional
- No cardiac cases
- Limited pediatric cases, primarily routine procedures
- Approximately 36–46 total cases per day across two sites
Job Requirements
- Board-certified CRNA
- Active Michigan license
- ACLS, BLS (AHA), and PALS required
- Clean background
