Job Description
A locum tenens opportunity is available for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at a hospital located north of the Fort Worth metro area. This assignment is scheduled to begin in March and offers consistent, ongoing weekly coverage with a predictable weekday schedule and no call responsibilities.
The position is well suited for CRNAs seeking stable hours in a medically directed practice with a manageable case mix and strong daily OR support. Paid malpractice coverage and mileage reimbursement are included as part of the locum package.
Schedule & Assignment Details
- Locum tenens assignment beginning in March with ongoing weekly coverage
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Weekday schedule only
- No call, nights, or weekend requirements
- Daily guarantee equivalent to approximately $2,000 per day
Compensation
- $205 per hour standard rate
- $225 per hour for overtime hours
- Paid malpractice insurance
- Mileage reimbursement provided

- Hospital-based operating room setting
- Medically directed anesthesia care model
- Approximately 9 operating rooms
- Annual OR case volume of over 8,000 cases
- Team environment with approximately 10 anesthesia providers on site daily
- Meditech electronic medical record system

Clinical Scope
- No regional blocks required

Job Requirements
- Active Texas CRNA license or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification

- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
