Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for bread-and-butter cases, gyn, endoscopy/GI, and orthopedics.
• Work within a collaborative care team model (typical supervision 1:3–1:4).
• Document accurately in Epic EMR and follow perioperative best practices.
• Support efficient OR throughput across multiple anesthetizing locations.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
• Massachusetts CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Comfort with care team supervision model and the listed case mix.
• Ability to work a minimum of two weeks per month.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum tenens, day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• Minimum commitment: 2 weeks per month.
• No call required; beeper call available if desired.
• Case volume: approximately 6–10 cases per shift.
• 18 anesthetizing locations; team includes ~12 MDs and 16 CRNAs.
• Epic EMR.
