Locum CRNA – Northwest Iowa | $260/hr + OT $280/hr – All-CRNA Practice

Job Description

Recruiting Resources is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment in Northwest Iowa. This is an all-CRNA practice with a strong case mix, flexible scheduling, and generous compensation. Lodging and malpractice are covered, with preference for regional candidates who can drive in.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia services across bread-and-butter cases, orthopedics (twice weekly), OB, endoscopy, and podiatry.
• Administer epidurals, spinals, and peripheral nerve blocks.
• Support approximately 350 births per year with full-scope anesthesia management.
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call rotation, including call-backs when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $260/hour.
• OT/Call-back rate: $280/hour.
• 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
• All travel expenses reimbursed (preference for local/regional candidates who can drive).
• Lodging provided by the hospital.
• Malpractice insurance covered by agency.
• Referral bonus available for CRNA referrals.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
• Active Iowa license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Must be skilled in epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
• Ability to work independently in an all-CRNA practice model.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum assignment begins October.
• Coverage: 2 weeks per month.
• Weeknight and weekend call required.
• Independent all-CRNA team practice model.
