Locum CRNA Opportunity – Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
Job Description
Partners in Anesthesia, a CRNA-owned staffing firm, is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for multiple locum assignments across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. These positions offer competitive hourly pay, travel and lodging reimbursement, and flexible scheduling with no nights, weekends, or call requirements at most locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesia care teams across multiple hospital and surgical settings.
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and manage patient anesthesia care from induction to emergence.
- Adapt to a variety of case types based on facility assignments and preferences.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure the highest standards of safety and patient care.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: Up to $210/hour (depending on client, hospital, group, or shift)
- Schedule: Flexible shifts; most positions are weekday only
- Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week (most locations)
- Travel & Lodging: Reimbursed (most locations)
- Malpractice: Provided
- Contract Length: 4–12 months with the option to extend
- Call/Nights/Weekends: Not required at most sites
Job Requirements
- Active Texas CRNA license (or eligibility)
- NBCRNA certification
- Prior locum or multi-site experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and flexibility across various anesthesia care environments
