AMN Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens assignments in Mishawaka, Indiana. This independent practice opportunity offers flexible daytime hours, no call or weekend duties, and reimbursement for travel and lodging. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a range of general surgical cases in an independent CRNA model.
• Conduct preoperative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and monitor patient safety throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and OR staff to ensure efficient workflow and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR.

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
• No call or weekend responsibilities
• Contract Length: 3–6 months with the option to extend
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (temporary privileges offered)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current or eligible Indiana license
• Active Multistate RN license or willingness to obtain state licensure
• Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
• Strong independent practice experience and excellent clinical judgment
