Locum CRNA – Phoenix – Level I Trauma & OB Coverage
Job Description
A high-acuity hospital system in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum tenens assignment. This opportunity offers consistent scheduling with rotating day and night shifts in a supervised care team model. CRNAs will support a busy Level I trauma program with obstetric and high-risk OB cases, making this an excellent role for providers who thrive in fast-paced, complex clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for Level I trauma, OB, and high-risk OB cases
- Work collaboratively within a medically supervised anesthesia care team
- Cover rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
- Participate in occasional weekend coverage as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $225 per hour
- Travel and lodging provided
- Full-time locum assignment
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of CRNA experience
- Active or eligible Arizona CRNA license
- Comfortable with trauma and obstetric anesthesia
- Ability to work rotating day and night schedules
Schedule & Work Environment
- Rotating 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts
- Some weekend shifts required
- Supervised care team model
- Approximately six-week credentialing timeline with AZ license
