Locum CRNA Pima Heart & Vascular Surgery Center / $1,400–$1,600/Day | Cardiac & Vascular ASC

Job Description

Pima Heart & Vascular Surgery Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide coverage in a 2-room ASC setting. This independent contractor role offers full autonomy in anesthesia practice, with no nights, weekends, or holiday responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for cardiac and vascular cases in an ASC environment
• Work independently within a CRNA-led model
• Ensure patient safety and effective perioperative anesthesia management
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and ASC staff to deliver high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,400–$1,600 (full-time 1099 model)
• Hourly rates with minimum guarantees available for PRN or part-time coverage
• Independent contractor flexibility

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and Arizona state licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in cardiac and vascular anesthesia preferred
• Strong ability to work autonomously in an ASC setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• ASC-based practice – Monday through Friday
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Flexible coverage options: full-time, part-time, or PRN
