Locum CRNA – Syracuse / No Call 1099 Contract

Job Description

A short-term acute care hospital in Syracuse, New York is seeking a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This assignment offers competitive compensation, malpractice coverage, and full travel and lodging support. The role provides diverse case exposure under a care-team model with no call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care across general, bariatric, gynecology, obstetrics, spine, orthopedics (with blocks), neurology, and select pediatric cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Provide intraoperative anesthesia and post-anesthesia management
• Collaborate with supervising anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

Schedule & Work Environment

• ASAP start available
• Monday through Friday, 5×8-hour shifts
• No call requirements
• Setting: Short-term acute care hospital
• Care team model with medical supervision
• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days
