AIM Anesthesia is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an immediate locum tenens opportunity in Beaumont, Texas. This full-time position offers premium hourly compensation, overtime pay, and flexible shift scheduling. Temporary privileges are available for quick onboarding, making it an excellent choice for experienced providers ready to start right away.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, GI, GYN, ENT, urology, endoscopy, cardiovascular, neuro, OB, and vascular cases.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and create individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient status throughout all perioperative phases.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia colleagues to ensure safe and efficient case flow.
• Participate in minimal on-call duties as scheduled.

Compensation & Benefits

• $210/hour standard rate
• $275/hour overtime rate
• Daily compensation range: $1,700–$3,300+
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Temporary privileges available for fast onboarding
• Full-time opportunity with flexible shift scheduling (8s, 10s, 12s)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Texas CRNA license required
• Proficiency in a wide variety of anesthesia cases, including general, OB, and vascular
• Ability to adapt to multiple shift lengths and team dynamics
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
