GQR Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens CRNA for a well-compensated opportunity in North Dakota offering $250 per hour plus all associated travel expenses. Providers will work four 10-hour shifts per week for two weeks each month, creating a reliable rhythm with dedicated time off between assignments. The practice operates within a care-team model, offering structured collaboration with anesthesiologists while still allowing CRNAs to perform at a high clinical level. This position is ideal for CRNAs who are looking for longer-term locum arrangements, as the assignment is set to begin approximately six months from now—allowing adequate time for onboarding and North Dakota state licensing. GQR provides support throughout the credentialing process and ensures seamless setup by covering all travel and lodging expenses. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services within a structured care-team model
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Deliver anesthesia across assigned case types in alignment with facility needs
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage all anesthesia-related considerations
• Participate in a recurring monthly schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week for two weeks

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
