Job Description
Anesthesia Solutions is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time locum tenens assignment at a large tertiary-care hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. This opportunity offers a quick start with emergency privileges available for qualified candidates holding an active Tennessee license and a clean credentialing file.
This six-month assignment (with the option to extend) features a consistent weekday schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities, making this an excellent option for CRNAs seeking predictable hours and strong work-life balance in a high-acuity hospital environment.
The facility is a 740-bed hospital with approximately 80 operating rooms, supporting a broad and engaging case mix. Cases include neuro, spine, vascular, thoracic/lung, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, women’s cases, and pediatrics (excluding sick pediatrics and neonates). There are no transplant cases. The practice model is medical direction, and documentation is completed using Meditech/Medaxion.
