Tranquility Anesthesia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens opportunity providing coverage at multiple outpatient centers in the Gainesville, Georgia area. CRNAs in this position will work with a highly skilled, supportive team in a fast-growing private practice group. The case mix includes a combination of TIVA and general anesthesia, with opportunities to expand skills through orthopedic regional blocks. This assignment is ideal for CRNAs seeking flexible locum work with strong daily guarantees and no call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient vascular, pain, orthopedic, and spine procedures
- Administer TIVA and general anesthesia based on case requirements
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
- Complete accurate and timely anesthesia documentation using the facility EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily rate ranging from $1,500 to $2,000
- Hourly compensation of $190–$200 with an eight-hour guarantee
- 1099 independent contractor position
- No call responsibilities
- Opportunity to learn and perform orthopedic regional blocks
Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification in good standing
- Active Georgia CRNA license or ability to obtain
- Comfort working independently in outpatient settings
- Experience with TIVA and general anesthesia preferred
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements for multiple facilities
