Partners in Anesthesia, a CRNA-owned national anesthesia staffing firm, is seeking multiple locum tenens CRNAs to support facilities across the Naples, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral metro regions. This opportunity offers highly flexible scheduling—ranging from 2 to 5 days per week—paired with top-tier hourly rates up to $210 per hour depending on site, case mix, and experience. Travel and lodging are fully reimbursed, and medical malpractice coverage is provided, making this an excellent option for CRNAs seeking both premium compensation and low administrative burden. Assignments typically span 4 to 12 months with the strong possibility of extension for high-performing clinicians. Sites in this region utilize a combination of supervised and care-team models, allowing CRNAs to adapt to environments best fitting their experience and comfort level. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care within supervised and care-team practice models depending on assignment site
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations and individualized anesthesia plans
- Deliver safe anesthesia for a range of surgical specialties according to facility needs
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and support postoperative recovery processes
- Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, and perioperative staff for consistent clinical quality
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $210 per hour (rate varies by facility and experience)
- $2,500/day maximum potential depending on workload and site

Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Florida CRNA license or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification
- Ability to work within either supervised or care-team environments
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability across multiple practice settings
Schedule & Work Environment
- Locum tenens assignment beginning as soon as credentialed
- 2–5 days per week depending on site
- No nights, call, or weekends (optional at select locations)
