Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active CRNA license in Indiana or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Experience in Level 2 Trauma settings preferred
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No call
Practice Settings
- Outpatient and Inpatient
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- EMR System: Cerner
Contract Details
- Employment Status: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
- Competitive hourly pay
