Job Description
This locum tenens CRNA opportunity is based at St. Joseph’s Regional Health and College Station Medical Center in Bryan, Texas. The assignment is structured for providers seeking a full-time preferred schedule with a long-term commitment. This role supports both hospital-based anesthesia services and affiliated surgical services, offering consistent clinical volume and stability for locum providers.
The position is ideal for CRNAs who value continuity, predictable scheduling, and working within a well-established medical system. Providers will be integrated into a collaborative anesthesia care environment with access to a diverse procedural mix across inpatient and surgical center settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases across hospital and surgery center environments
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and formulate appropriate anesthesia plans
- Administer anesthesia and manage airways throughout procedures
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence and recovery
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to patient safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements
Compensation & Assignment Details
- Locum tenens engagement
- 1099 independent contractor status
