Upstate New York Locum CRNA – $250/Hour + $1,400 Stipend, 4-Day Weeks Available

Job Description

A recruitment agency is seeking locum tenens CRNAs for a high-volume facility in Upstate New York. This opportunity offers excellent pay, flexible scheduling with 4-day workweeks, and a referral bonus program. Providers will handle a wide variety of cases in a modern OR environment with Epic EMR.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical procedures including orthopedics, vascular, spine, and OB (preferred but not required)
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care in both main and specialty ORs
• Provide post-anesthesia monitoring and recovery management
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• $250/hour
• $1,400 stipend
• $1,000 referral bonus for successful candidate referrals

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and active New York license (or eligibility)
• 2–3 years of anesthesia experience preferred
• OB anesthesia experience preferred but not required
• Strong skills in bread-and-butter, ortho, vascular, and spine cases
• Ability to work independently and within a care team model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible schedule: 4x10s, 4x12s, or 5 days/week
• Must be available at least 2 weeks per month
• Length of assignment: 6 months to 1 year
• Epic EMR system
• 30 ORs total, including specialized C-section and trauma ORs
