$200/hr – Locum CRNA – Colorado

Shift(s):
• Monday-Friday – 5×8’s, 4×10’s, 3×12’s – flexible on scheduling. No call.
• 40 hours/week guaranteed unless the provider requests off!

Job Details:
• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
• Full Time strongly preferred, but will accept Part Time. Will accept weekends only.
• Provider will not work on holidays, but other days of the week for 12-hour shifts.
• PEDS not required, but preferred. Notate provider’s interest at name clear.
• GI strongly preferred. GI schedule would be Mon-Thurs (4×10’s). Notate provider’s GI interest at name clear.
• Hospital Based
• Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25
• 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
• Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases.
• Locums will work at satellite locations which are across the street.
• 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs in the group.
• It is a team care model, we like to say 1:4 on doc supervision, but it’s really 1:2, 1:3 majority of the time.
• 10 operating rooms
• OR equipment description: GE Carestation 650s.
• EMR: EPIC
• FTE: 4
• Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult).
• Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases.

Credentialing Timeframe:
• 60-90 days

To do orientation; no exceptions:
• Monday: Tour and badge
• Tuesday – Epic training all day
• Wed-Fri – Shadowing

Certificates Required:
• NBCRNA Certified
• Active CO License
• Active BLS
• COVID VACCINATED
