Locum CRNA – $2,500+/Day, Independent Practice – Colorado (2 Weeks On / 1 Off)

Job Description

DirectHire is seeking a locum tenens CRNA for a high-paying opportunity in Colorado starting October 13th and continuing on an ongoing basis. This is an independent practice position covering a full range of surgical cases. The schedule follows a two-weeks-on, one-week-off model with 1:2 call and premium call compensation.

Enjoy autonomy in practice, excellent daily and call pay, and full support with licensing, travel, and lodging. Permanent placement options are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage anesthesia care for ENT, Gastro, General, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Ortho, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology
• Perform regional techniques including blocks, spinals, and epidurals
• Take call every other night (1:2), including one weekend during the 2-week assignment

Compensation & Benefits

• Locum pay: $250/hr regular, $250/hr OT
• $400 per weeknight call, $1,000 for 24-hour weekend call
• Call-back paid at $250/hr
• Daily earnings of $2,500+ possible
• Malpractice, travel, and housing provided
• Permanent option: $310K–$350K (1099)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Colorado CRNA license (obtainable in 2–3 weeks with compact RN)
• Proficient in blocks, spinals, and epidurals
• Comfortable working independently across a broad surgical case mix

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum Tenens position starting 10/13
• Two weeks on, one week off
• Call every other night with one weekend per assignment
