Directhire.com is seeking a full-time locum CRNA for a high-paying opportunity in Boise, Idaho. This facility is looking for candidates who can commit to ongoing, full-time coverage and participate in a structured call schedule. The assignment involves a variety of shift options and a heavy trauma case mix, offering consistent hours and a rewarding clinical environment.

This position is ideal for CRNAs who thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable handling call, trauma, and spinal anesthesia. Regional anesthesia is not required. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days, so early interest is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a primarily trauma-focused caseload
• Perform spinal blocks (no regional anesthesia required)
• Participate in weekend and weeknight pager call
• Maintain patient safety and accurate EMR documentation (Epic)

Compensation & Benefits

• $230/hour (1099)
• Full-time locum assignment (must be available without frequent travel breaks)
• Multiple shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Idaho license
• DEA and Idaho CSR/CDS required
• NBCRNA certification

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time only – ongoing need
• Call required:
  • Weekend Call: 0700–0700 Saturday or Sunday (Call 1 is off Monday; Call 2 is not)
  • Weeknight call: at least once per week
• Patient mix: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
• Facility includes: 17 Main ORs, 7 Day Surgery, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
• EMR: Epic
