Job Description
AIM Anesthesia is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time independent locum tenens opportunity in Western Oregon. This position offers high hourly pay, overtime potential, and complete travel and housing coverage. Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia services across a range of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, endoscopy, and healthy pediatrics.
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans for each patient.
- Administer anesthesia, monitor intraoperative status, and manage postoperative recovery.
- Participate in call coverage as part of a shared rotation (1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month).
- Demonstrate proficiency in OB anesthesia when participating in call responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- $260/hour base rate
- $350/hour overtime rate
- Daily compensation range: $2,600–$3,600+
- 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Oregon CRNA license required
- Proficiency in general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, and endoscopic cases
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfortable providing OB anesthesia when on call
Schedule & Work Environment
- Locum Tenens position, full-time schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Call required: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
