Job Description
Integrity Anesthesia Solutions is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens coverage in the Illinois–Wisconsin region. This opportunity at Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, Wisconsin offers competitive pay, full clinical independence, and flexibility for dayshift and call positions. PRN options are also available at North Pointe Surgery Center in Roscoe, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical cases including general, orthopedic, GI, OBGYN, ENT, urology, podiatry, and ophthalmology.
- Perform regional blocks and central line placements as needed.
- Independently manage anesthesia care without medical direction.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, administer anesthesia, and monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively.
- Participate in day and call coverage for OB and OR as scheduled.
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily rate: $2,700–$3,000 (based on coverage type)
- $275/hour with 8-hour daily guarantee
- $500/day Monday–Friday call
- $1,200/day weekend call
- $250/hour call back (2-hour minimum)
- Malpractice insurance fully covered
- 1099 independent contractor status
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Wisconsin (and/or Illinois) CRNA license
- Minimum 2 years of independent anesthesia experience preferred
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia and central line placement
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously
