CRNA for a full-scope locum tenens assignment in Fredericksburg
Job Description
Seeking a skilled CRNA for a full-scope locum tenens assignment in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role offers an exciting mix of hospital and ASC environments, covering a wide range of cases including trauma, OB, peds dental/ENT, and more. Proficiency in spinals and epidurals is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across trauma, OB, thoracic, ENT, GI, vascular, healthy peds dental/ENT, ortho, and EP cases
- Float between a Level 2 hospital, smaller hospital, and an ASC
- Perform and manage spinals and epidurals (no nerve blocks)
- Participate in 1 call shift per 8-week schedule (weeknight or weekend)

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Virginia licensure (or eligibility)
- Proficiency in spinal and epidural placement and management
- Hospital and ASC experience preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, 4x10s schedule, Monday–Friday
- 1 call shift per 8 weeks (either 7p–7a or 7a–3p weekend)
- Work across two hospitals and one ambulatory surgery center
- Charting system: Epic
- Contract length: 6–12 months with option to extend
- Credentialing time: 90–120 days
