CRNA Locum – community hospital in rural Massachusetts
Job Description
This is a full-time locum tenens opportunity at a community hospital in rural Massachusetts, starting in January or February. The hospital is a Level III trauma center, and CRNAs will be involved in a wide variety of cases, including general surgery and more complex specialty cases such as robotic surgery, vascular, orthopedic, gynecology, and cystoscopy procedures.
The role features a collaborative approach between MDs and CRNAs, with shifts available in either 8 or 10-hour blocks. There are no weekend shifts. The facility provides a supportive work environment where locums are well-treated.
Credentialing takes approximately 30 days, and the position offers a competitive rate and expense package. A COVID vaccination and booster are required for the role.
Job Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience as CRNAs in a trauma setting and be familiar with the cases listed (robotic, vascular, ortho, gyn, cysto). Applicants should be available for the January or February start dates, and credentialing will be completed within 30 days.
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
The position is on a 1099 independent contractor basis. The compensation is competitive, with an all-inclusive rate and an expense package that covers travel and lodging. Specific payment rates are not provided.
