Idaho CRNA Locum – $220–$225/hr, OT After 45hrs, Full-Time + Call

Job Description

Recruiting Resources is seeking full-time locum CRNAs for a large hospital in Idaho. This opportunity offers a broad case mix, rotating shift lengths, and flexible call options. With 17 ORs and a high-volume surgical department, this assignment is best suited for experienced CRNAs comfortable with Level II trauma and complex cases. Competitive pay and overtime after 45 hours per week make this a high-earning locum position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia for a wide range of procedures: gyn, general surgery, ortho, neuro/spine, plastics, lungs, GI, structural hearts, EP, endo, interventional radiology, MRI, and more
• Perform spinal blocks (no epidurals or central lines)
• Supervision-based care (4:1 ratio) in main facility; independent model possible at nearby campus with OB

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 contractor position
• $220–$225/hour base rate
• OT after 45 hours/week at enhanced rate
• Plenty of OT and call available
• 1 weekend call + 2 weeknight calls per month (with flexible options)
• Scrubs provided

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification – required
• Active Idaho license or open to licensing
• DEA and CSR – required
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
• Comfortable with Level II trauma cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time only – 40 hours/week, contract length: 3 months with option to extend
• Shifts vary (8s, 10s, 12s) – schedule issued in 6-week blocks
• 378-bed hospital with 17 main ORs, 7 day-surgery ORs, cath labs, endo, radiology
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 30–45 days if licensed, up to 120 days if licensing is pending
