Locum CRNA Assignment Near Syracuse – $215/hr + $20K Bonus, Flexible Schedule & Premium Call Pay

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in a supervised setting with a 1:3 supervision ratio.
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases including general surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, orthopedics (with blocks), and occasional neuro and pediatrics.
- Participate in in-house OB call coverage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
- Ensure safe anesthesia delivery in main OR (17 rooms), Madison Irving Surgery Center (4 rooms), physician office ORs (4 rooms), and labor & delivery (3 rooms).
- Complete accurate documentation using paper charting and digital pre/post-op systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $215/hr with premium call pay
- $20,000 completion bonus for 520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks
- Weeknight and weekend call pay with additional premiums after 4 hours

Job Requirements
- Active CRNA license and NBCRNA certification
- Ability to work under supervision (1:3 ratio) and manage diverse case types
- Willingness to participate in OB call coverage
- Availability for emergency credentialing within 30 days
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shift options: 8-hour (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) or 10-hour (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- No 3×12 shifts available
- Possible call coverage
- Ongoing locum assignment starting ASAP
